​Squids v1.0b & Stuff For Social Sharing

Thanks to Highly Qualified Testers¹ using Cutting Edge Techniques² , I was able to find some well-hidden bugs (and a few painfully-easy-to-find bugs) in Squids' release build. 

FIXES

• Shouldn't be able to get multiple squids to spawn by rapidly switching in and out of the menu
• No longer able to boost infinitely past the right edge of the screen
• Shouldn't be able to get the menu UI to display on top of gameplay by pressing B and A super quickly after dying
